Hi. I've noticed that on Wikipedia, and other sites, there have been pictures of the taskbar, with transparency. For example, this one:

My question is, how is that picture captured with the transparency? It's impossible with normal screencapturing, I think.

Go to search > snipping tool > and just follow instructions.

Yeah, but that captures the part of your background behind it, too.
That picture had it translucent, as if there was no background.

Choose your background carefully or select a simple grey colour background
