Hello! When I play games, like Fallout 3, I play in windowed mode. I sometimes record my game play and, frankly, my system doesn't have enough umpth to record 1440x900. :( I can play 1440x900 but not record. But _anyway_ , back to the subject at hand. While I play the system will get the idea the mouse is at the bottom, or right, etc and I get the pop ups. The ones to the right, no issue. The ones at the bottom, issue. It pops up over the game screen and blocks parts of it. I disabled Aero so it wouldn't switch screens on me, and disabled task bar grouping, but I still get these pop ups that, like MSIE 9, will list all the tabs open, or just the program name if there are no tabs on the program, like Skype. How do I disable these pop ups? Thank you for your time.

Play your games fullscreen, and when you want to record games, just lower the resolution in-game to 1280 x 720, and record. This way, you should be able to record with better framerates, still play fullscreen, should not experience your current problem, and still manage to have recorded video at 720p. When your done recording, just change back to 1440 x 900. Also, make sure you are running the latest graphics drivers http://www.geforce.com/#/Drivers/Beta and DirectX Download Details - Microsoft Download Center - DirectX End-User Runtime

Woot! That works, thanks. :D Though now I am going to have to restart my video series over again. I have some 20 videos posted to YouTube in 1024x768 resolution. Oh well. It's that or reinstall XP as a secondary OS and boot into XP just to record the series with out the task bar pop ups and/or screen grab. Thanks again. :D
