Taskbar problem remnants showing

How do I get rid of the sliver of remnants at the taskbar, as shown in the attached png? Thanks.

Try running it 3 times. Also can you post better picture. I can't view good there what exaclly is the problem.

I ran sfc three times--all good.

I'll make another png of it when it happens again. Seems to have disappeared--for now. I'll post a larger shot when it happens again. Basically, though, it's a thin line of errant stuff that's stuck on top of the taskbar (bottom of the screen) all the way across. Looks like something left behind from a web page or a file I had been looking at.

No problem. I'll wait for more clear picuture if that happens again(Hope that it will not come again :) )
Also try if you got that,kill explorer.exe from Task Manager and start it again,if you say that something has left from a website.

How's this picture? Yeah, it happened again.

The four arrows show what remains at the top border of the taskbar. I'll try killing explorer.exe and starting it again. Thanks!

Note: Killing and restarting explorer.exe didn't work. :(
