I has some technet key or (Subscriber Benefit Access Number)

But i don't know how to use it......

Who can tell me that key or Number can use for what?

OFFICE ??? WINDOWS 7 ??? Which version?????

Log in to your Technet account and check what your subscription covers -

If the keys you have are not yours then the use would be piracy as the keys are not transferable

all are for evaluation purposes and not for production.

Here is a quote from the Technet Subscriptions FAQ

How do I get started accessing my Subscription?
To access your TechNet Subscription benefits, you need to have a Windows Live™ ID. If you don’t have one, sign up for one at https://login.live.com. The Windows Live ID does not have to match the email that is in your Subscription details.

Go to the TechNet Subscriptions > Manage my Subscriptions page to associate your Windows Live ID with your TechNet subscription. You will be required to log into Windows Live ID if you are not logged in.

On the TechNet Registration Page fill in the text boxes with your Subscription details - First Name, Last Name, Email address, Benefit Access Number (may also be called Subscriber ID or Partner Technical Contact ID or Subscription ID). Read and accept the license terms by clicking the “OK” button.

Make sure you enter the Subscription details EXACTLY as they were provided to you. If you receive an error, verify what you entered. Try reversing the first and last name fields if you are still unsuccessful.

Upon successful registration, you will see a listing of the benefits you are entitled to. Registration is generally a onetime process. In the future you will simply sign in with your Windows Live ID to access your Subscription benefits.

, But I do not subscribe to any software, do I need to go buy Microsoft's own DVD?

If you paid that amount of money for the subscription, it should allow you access to the software downloads page. Log in with the Windows live ID & password that you got your subscription confirmation number sent to.

Adding to what's said already, if its Technet Pro. then you have have access to the downloads. If you its Technet Pro with media u should get the physical disk for some of the products in addition to the download.
