TechNet Subscriber Downloads

I'm curious to know what the TechNet Subscribers of this forum download. As in, what do you think are the best, and most essential downloads? Obviously, the operating systems, and Office will top the list, but I'm wanting to know what else you have downloaded, and why? I'm just trying to get an idea of what downloads I should take advantage of before my subscription expires. Thank you for any input you may have!

I guess this really depends upon what you do and what your interests are. For example, as a systems admin for a living, I download the server OS's...as well as servers like SQL server, Exchange Server, ISA server, etc. Technically I don't have Technet, but I do have an MSDN visual studio Premium account at work. The MSDN software that I use is only used @ work.
