Hello, I have a new TechniSat HD CableStar 2, but after installing drivers from the CD: This device can not start. (Code 10)

But I did not find anywhere what the code 10

Yes, I get it in Device Manager. But then can not find the DVBViewer this device.
My MB had only 2 PCI slots.
