Television survey for my class

I have a survey for you guys to take if you don't mind. It'll take probably no more than 5 minutes of your time. I'm trying to collect data on how people use their television and it's relevance today (compared to the internet) for my communications class. A lot of the students here in the dorms don't have a television set, so I thought I'd ask you guys. I'd probably get a better set of data anyway asking people around the world.

Done. My only issue with your survey is that question 2 is not a yes or no question, but the answers are "yes" and "no".

Your second question doesn't really make sense. it's not a yes or no question.

Besides Question 3 still demands an answer even when "Other" was specified

Oh wow, silly errors. Ok, I've modified the survey. The second question was meant to interpreted as "Do you get more information from print sources or television?" I've changed the choices to the second question so if you said Yes, it would be print sources or if you said No, it would be television.
