Temperature Gadget/App ?

Hello,

I have two of those weather Apps that once you set it up for your location, gives just about everything to do with the weather any sane person could want.

But, what I would like to find is a very simple gadget/App that just displays a single item
on the desktop all the time, the outside temp. for your location (set separately).

Nothing else, just a very small "window" showing temp.

Anyone know of any ?

Keep in mind Microsoft issued a warning several years ago to cease using the gadgets due to security issues. Microsoft has stopped providing these types of apps.

There are several weather gadgets to choose from when you search "weather" in the gadget box after installing 8GadgetPack - Gadgets for Windows 8 / 8.1, which latest version works in Windows 7. Only the legacy Windows Weather gadget seems to malfunction.
