Close all windows except the windows explorer, can you delete them now ? If not, try right click at eah file > click Take Ownership > then delete. If you don't have Take Ownership in your right click context menu, use this tutorial to install it : http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1911-take-ownership-shortcut.html The tutorial applies to both Vista and Win 7.
