Solved Text and images appears blurry, clears up if mouseover FIXED!

All you have to do is to go into the Nvidia control panel, then reset everything to the defaults.
If that does not work then try to turn every kind of smoothing like: antialiasing, ambient occlusion, Anisotropic filering to: Application controlled or off.




I hope this helps, it worked for me and one of my friends.

Also: It has nothing to do with the "cleartype" stuff.
