I just made a post linking 3 of Shawn's tutorials and realized I've gotten a few reps that way. It wasn't my knowledge per se but I knew Shawn had a tutorial on the issue.

I just wanted to thank Shawn for al the work you have done on the 3 forums and making it so much easier for us common minions to help members.

I to like many others point people to Tutorials.
My reasons are:
They work
They are kept up to date
They (the creators) know a lot more than I do
Saves me a lot of time typing
Thank all of you that created the great Tutorials that we can use.
These Tutorials make me look a lot smarter than I am.
I will adjust my posting.

Over the years I have visited this forum many times as a non-member to view troubleshooting and super-tweaks for Vista and Windows 7.

Shawn has been instrumental in helping me and millions of other Windows users around the world become better at what we can do for our families, friends, companies, organizations and our personal online services.

Today, as I sat in my chair looking for an answer here at the Seven Forum, it occurred to me to think about the hundreds of times I have found my answers and downloads, all thanks to Shawn aka Brink.

I just wanted to say publicly that the cornucopia of knowledge you have acquired through your certifications and self-study is incredible.

I am certain that the millions of people who like or love this technology have Favorited or Bookmarked sevenforums.com their "go-to-place" on the web when they need the best tutorials, fixes and advise.
