I've seen all of these happen sadly enough.

Personally, I'm guilty of:
2. Failing to Back Up Your Computer
11. Failing to Learn Keyboard Shortcuts (Though this is mostly due to laziness on my part)
15. Hitting Your Computer (Many, many, many, many times)

Many things on that list don't exactly appear to be "bad tech habits". How is posting online comments a bad habit? Your post may be yet more forgettable drivel but how exactly is that a "bad tech habit"? Unless you make a point of leaving your email address in each post or something.

Failing to learn keyboard shortcuts? Last I checked that was called laziness - or maybe we have better things to do then remember what exactly shift + ctrl + A + F6 does in program X as compared to what it does in program Y.

Not keeping receipts isn't just a technology-related issue. Only the irresponsible would throw away receipts of any major purchase.

Waiting in line for release of ver 2.0 of product X is stupid, granted, but it's not confined to tech items either. First clothing sale of the season, anyone?

People who still habitually reply to spam in this day and age, however, should be flogged. With a cat-o-nine tails.

25. Commenting Online

I know: You have the perfect bon mot to counter one of the points on this list, and you're going to enter it painstakingly into a Web form at the bottom of this article so you can be clever comment #86 on page four. Congratulations, sir or ma'am. Touché. Seriously, people, this is 2010. If you have something snarky or inflammatory to say, at least have the common courtesy to just STFU. No-one gives a flap

Fixed.

I think I'm guilty of only two of them, Failing to back up your Computer and Neglecting Offsite Backup. But I really should fix that. (goes to back up computer).
