The ActiveCGM graphics browser from Corel/Micrografx is required

I have a master service menu for International Trucks that I cannot get to open properly. It tells me the above listed item is required to make it work properly and I cannot find it on the net. Is there an update or way around this? I am not computer savvy, but a mechanic trying to get this heavy truck service manual to work on my new laptop. Can anyone help?
