this is in relation to my computer rebooting intermittantly, should i provide a dmp file ?

A kernel bugcheck is just the technical name for a "blue screen of death". Standard things to do when you get a BSOD include running the memory diagnostic, updating your hardware device drivers, and making sure that your hardware is not defective.

Caused by USBPORT.SYS - as this is a Windows file, it's not the most likely cause. More likely is that some device/driver passed it bad information and that caused it to crash.

Will run the dump file in a sec....

You have a very old SoundGraph device driver on the system (from 2005). They didn't know how to write Vista/Win7 drivers back then. Please uninstall that device and only reinstall it if there are Vista/Win7 drivers available.

If this doesn't fix it, post back with the minidump files. We'll see from them if we need to run further tests.
