The BSOD is caused by Intel(R) C600 Series Chipset SATA RAID Controller.

In this situation, it is better to disable Intel Rapid Storage and Intel Smart response in the BIOS. But it is most possible that it will make the system non-bootable in turn. So if situation demands, the best practice to go for a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html , after disabling Intel stuff in BIOS.
