I just put Windows 7 on my old Dell again. I took out one of its hard drives that had Windows XP and put Windows 7 on the second hard drive. I like the feeling that all of my computers run either Windows 7 or have a dual boot with Windows 8. Now, I have pcs that are supported for about 8 years (until Microsoft adds more support to Windows 7 like they did to Windows XP:p)

Does anyone know an easy way to get all of the updates for XP (since SP3) so that they can be slipstreamed into a new ISO?
Downloading them one at a time is going to be so painful.

The same question applies to Vista and W7 for that matter.

Is there an easy way to save the updates, as they are offered by Windows Update?
