I have seen this event several times in the Event Viewer program. Is it something that I should be concerned?

Do you have a portable drive or flash stick plugged in during this time?

Please post back a screenshot of Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image
showing fully scrolled, after this error next appears and without touching anything else.

Thank you for the response. Actually I do not have a portable drive nor a flash stick plugged in. Here is a clear view of my disks.
