The Recycle Bin on I:\ is corrupted

Window 7 continually comes up with the recyle bin error even though I key in the suggested fix: rd /s /q I:\$Recycle.bin It does this on all of my windows 7 sytems 3 and comes back after fix. All sytems are up to date on the updates.

Usually happens when the permissions on those folders are charged. Usually I just use Shift + Del in Explorer on those folders and it clears the problem.

If it occurs too often for you the Recycle Bin can be turned off for that drive/partition. Right-click the Recycle Bin then click Properties.

What is the I: drive?

Post a snapshot of a fullscreen Disk Management:
To open Disk Management, press Windows key+r, type diskmgmt.msc and press Enter or click GO. Make it full screen. Expand the fields as necessary so everything can be seen.

Once you have the image saved, click on the Paperclip Icon next to the Smiley Icon. In the Manage Attachments window, click Browse and navigate to where you saved the image and select it.
Click the Upload button.
Close the Manage Attachments window.
Click on the Paperclip Icon again and select the image you uploaded. It will be placed in your post.
