The Taskbar Looks

Hi Guys

Can someone please tell me how I can make my taskbar behave as it did in Windows Vista and XP. i.e. when I open a FireFox window, I don't want its icon in the Quick Launch changing into a minimized window .. I want the Quick Launc Icon to remain the same and a new tab opened on the right hand side of the Quick Launch. Here is what its like at the moment:
