the updates are always problem for my pc

after these updatings the mouse not work fine
it becomes slow and inaccurate impossible to work because tired hand.
and also the PC it becomes rather slow.
they have not succeeded in understanding! if they are the drivers of NVIDIA
what they create this problem or the updates of windows.
someone has a solution please.thanks
