I decided to restore my computer to factory settings. I bought the computer at best buy - it was the 3 computer deal. The restore seemed to work ok but it took a long time. Then I get this message:
The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected
Error. Windows Installation cannot proceed,. To install Window, click
“OK” to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.
Now its stuck in the loop. Ive seen people post this issue when they are upgrading but I was not upgrading I was only restoring to factory settings which includes windows 7 64bit

Might possibly be a Disc error. If you legally own a Windows 7 disc, try downloading a third party Windows 7 ISO and burn it.

I've had this issue before in the past, tried a different Disc of Windows 7, ran the setup and everything ran fine.

And to REALLY prevent hangs & loops, be sure to Format the Partition you're planning on installing Windows 7 on. If you're doing a "Custom Install" to over-lap a previous version, the ALREADY installed version may be interfering/counter-acting the NEW install.
