I have a theme that comes with it's own explorerframe, it works fine when the display is using the default "smaller - 100%" setting but goes straight back to the standard windows buttons when using "medium -125%" setting and refuses to change.

Is there anyway to edit the explorerframe or something to get the buttons to work with "medium -125%"?

You can use a resource hacker to edit it, there are different images for the different DPI settings in the explorerframe.
