theme for unsupported aero theme

my video card does not support aero theme..so all the aero teme that i use just changing my walpaper only..n my taskbar still the same..i really want to make my windows 7 bcome attractive..can anybody tell me, what the attractive theme that can i use for my windows since since my vdeo card does not support aero theme?

moinmoin..i got a problem..why my theme bcome like this..take a look at my taskbar..can u gve me the instruction on that theme file in english..actuallly it in german language
