Theme is stuck on high contrast - cant change it back!!

Hi, i somehow put my theme onto high contrast, and now i cant properly change it back. I've tried looking through the forum but all the responses that posts get are something like 'we dont promote mischievous activities'.

Well this is on my personal laptop and id like a bit of help please. I changed my desktop background, but now i want to change the theme colour to match it, but i cant!

Please help me get my theme colour changer thing to the origona W7 style.

(it may sound like im technically stupid, but.....only a little bit)

Have you tried to chose a Aero theme?

lol did you try to go to *services* on your computer?
look for themes and stop it (if its started) then start it again.
