Solved Theme problem with installing theme

so i've found a amazing theme called Bluish theme for windows 7
mine looks like this: Imgur: The magic of the Internet
as you can see theres no change of nav button, dark text in searchbar and no change of start button (ignore the icons)

i installed the theme correctly (patched and copied the file and folder to theme folder)
when i went to the theme's folder i found this

the system files .dll files are as folder. i need a solution for complete installation. am i doing something wrong?

Install Theme Resource Changer no more dll editing..
and it should work.
