Solved themes are not functioning properly.

hi, i recently decided to use themes again. for some reason i cant install any custom theme properly. whenever i install it, the background, right click menu etc work except the boarders on any open window and my taskbar(toolbar). i noticed the taskbar tool bar stays on classic.


additional info:
i have used the theme patcher
64bit
visual effects is on "let windows choose what's best for my computer" everything is checked except for save taskbar thumbnail previews

3rd image is how it looks when i try out a theme which fails

Works OK here, Which theme patcher did you use and did you put the right files in themes folder?

thanks!, solved it, apparently i was using the 32bit patcher instead of the 64. sorry for the trouble.
