OK look for Desktop Windows Manager Sessions Manager instead and do the same thing as stated above.

Desktop Windows Manager Sessions Manager is there. What do I do now?

Switch to the default aero theme.
Click on the rb: Start Button type in Services In the search box and then click on Services



Scroll down until you see Desktop Windows Manager Sessions Manager select it in click on the Stop text and let it stop after that click on Start text. Your screen may blink when you do this.


Then try your new theme.

Done that. My new theme is like windows classic. The taskbar will not do the change color.

Do you remember which way you used to enable the use of custom themes? It's one of these two ways.

I did the universal theme patcher. Which patches am I supposed to click on to?

Do not patch anything right now run Option Two of this tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html after it is done then use Universal Theme Patcher by following this tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/28377-theme-how-apply-custom-themes.html?filter

Ok the scan is done. Did not find any integrity violations. On the universal patch what do I need to click on?

I do not use universal theme patcher I use the other one so just follow this tutorial here http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/28377-theme-how-apply-custom-themes.html?filter it should show you what to do.
Looking at it you need to click on the patch button.
Then you need to restart your computer.

I restart the computer. Everything is ok, but the language bar part of is white I can't see the language letter.. The blue shadows are still there.

What color of text to you want for the language bar?
I need a better/bigger screenshot of the blue shadows I do not know where that is.

What do you mean by "red inside" for their language bar do you mean the text color?

I need to know where this came from make a bigger screenshot.


As for the blue in the scrollbars I am going to take a guess that you have your display set higher than 100% open the control panel at the top right put on large icon and look for display and click on it.


What do you have it set at?

If you can answer all three of the questions and provide the screenshot I asked for I can get this done.

Now can you answer these 2 questions?
What do you mean by "red inside" for their language bar do you mean the text color? Yes or no or what!

I got it now download and extract the zip folder and put both 1 theme folder and 1 .theme file in C/Windows/Resources/Themes


It will show up in Personalize as CustomRose1.1
