Things i am going to get for my Laptop

hi well i am getting some ram and more internal memory so i am wondering wether
these two would work on a u300 toshiba satellite laptop:

I just want more opinions, i'm not trying to offend, so i will get these and get my techy to install it, OR if some1 is really nice give me instructions to install them, oh and btw can i install the disk drive and keep the current one or is it one per comp?

EDIT:
on the Motherboard of the Satellite u300s how many empty ram slots is there, because if its 2 i will keep my current RAM increasing it to 6GB! and install windows vista ultimate x64 bit with 7 and ill get XP to tri boot and make it awesome , 100 gb space for xp 150gb for 7 and 250gb for vista

You can't have 6GB.. The maxium amount of memory is 4GB. Your 2 slots are occupied now with 2 x1GB. So you need the 2 X 2GB.

You are allowed one Hard Drive in the laptop but you can get an enclosure and attach the other hard drive externally.

aww, but nvm still 4bg is good and when u say externally does that mean i can use an internal one get an enclosure and still use it like an internal?

if your bios will let you boot from an external hard drive then yes you could. I wouldn't tho. If you want to dual boot, partition your internal drive and install an os on each. use the external drive to store files and as a backup drive
