This windows edition doesn't support themes! Problem!

Hi!

I have windows ultimate e 64bit but I can change my theme. On Personalization page says: "This page is not available in this edition of Windows". But, before it was everything ok.

Please help if you can!

Ultimate E is just the Euro Version - without IE8 but I thought MS killed it off ... still, shouldn't be any issue with themes.

From what I've read, MS decided not to release the "E" version to consumers. It did go to an RTM, however. I wonder where klasnic17 obtained his "E" version ... that might be a clue as to why he's experiencing this issue.

Can I upgrade my windows ultimate e 64bit to some other version without losing my installations and programs?

P.S. I have same version installed on other computer and there I can change themes!?!
