Man, life of a windows user is hard, isn't it?

I have been trying to find solutions to those but to no avail
If you have a chance, idea, time please contribute.

my event viewer says:

Failed to create restore point (Process = C:\Windows\system32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs; Description = Windows Update; Error = 0x80042313).
event id: 8193

more of the last two started appearing when I used Macrium Reflect Free to restore my system. Plus when Returnil is enabled those seem to pop up regularly. BTW, what restore point? my restore feature was disabled when I was creating image by means of macrium reflect...

those ati are very strange and I have no clue even if they are fixable.

Are you having problems with anything other than the errors in Event Viewer?

ummm not really
so you're reply will be: you have nothing to worry about ;) right?

trial and error procedure proves that: my rig is doing fine

I got a reply from a cool moderator at returnil saying my issue is in fact a non-issue

yet I'd love to get a decent solution for atikmdag...

I haven't been able to find new gfx card drivers for my card, could anyone help me out? a direct link would be lovely, PM me if necessary

appreciated!

You read my mind! :)

I cannot locate the specs on your system. What country was it purchased in?

I suspect that it has this video chipset: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570

These are the beta drivers from ATI: ATI Catalyst? Mobility Display Driver
They suggest you get the updated Win7 drivers (non-beta) from Sony

I'd suggest you post a screenshot of all your Windows Services for comparison, as some of the errors you're getting could point to one or two service failures - and if something's not right at this level other posters can usually quickly put you correct and get anything sorted :)

Can you tell me what action center flags have to do with crashing and debugging? Slightly off topic dont you think
