Thread Subscription

Hi all,

Just wondering,when i make a thread how do i stop it from automatically subscribing to them and sending me an email when someone replies?

I know you can remove the subscription at the top of the forum,But how can i stop it from subscribing in the first place?

I've changed the setting for you and also altered all existing subscriptions to no mail notification
