Solved thumbnail view for mp4

Whats going on? I can see a thumbnail image for some mp4 files, but not for some other mp4 files.
I have cleared and rebuilt the cash, but no change.
using K-Lite codec pack x64.

I use a program called Babelsoft's Media Preview (it's free), it also gives thumbnails for MKVs, and others (most I know of). Try that and see how you go mate.

also there is icaros .
icaros is packaged with sharks 007 codecs but you can use it as a standalone.
works fine for me.
