Solved thumbnails in explorer wont show, tried options i found allready

My computer has allways show the thumbnails of my images in all maps, but recently all of a sudden it didnt do it anymore. So i tryed clearing the thumbnail cache with disccleaner, no succes. Then looked if my setting where right and they are. Then went online, found this forum with this list of options https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/11738-thumbnail-previews-enable-disable.html
Tryed all i could with 7 home premium. None of it has worked.

So are there any other options to try? Or is there something else i should look for or try first?

Welcome to the forum. Have you added or removed any photo type software is it all thum nails or just some types? can XnView Software . Software for reading, organizing and processing images see them ok?

its not that i cant see the pictures, i cant see them in the explorer windows in the small previews. So now i have 3000-4000 images i all need to open to see whats in them and to try and find the 1 i am looking for.

ok very strange, i changed nothing and while working on my computer i open a map again and now it has started showing the thumbnails again. So from not working for weeks its now working again without changing anything. So the problem is solved, but i dont know how.
