Thumbnails not showing up. None of previous threads have helped!

I previously had a computer with Vista on it. I purchased a new computer with Windows 7 and installed MS Office 2010. I transferred all my files from my old computer to my new computer and now when I go to insert pictures into my website, the pictures are not showing up as thumbnails so I can view all at the same time. They just show that little icon.

I have went through a lot of the threads in response to this problem and have tried them all without any success. Could it be old settings that transferred over and are not compatible. Thank you to anyone that can help me.

I had already tried option 1 and 2 and all the correct boxes selected. Option 4 I can't use because I am Windows Home Premium. Option 3 - not sure about it. Is it downloading a file into my registry? If this doesn't fix it, how do I go about uninstalling it?

What do you mean by this? What exactly are you doing? Are you referring to an explorer window opening up to search for a photo to upload?

The two different REG files (current user or all users) in OPTION THREE have two options to either Enable or Disable it. You would just apply the opposite to undo it. The default setting is "Enable" for all users.
