I can't find a FREE tic tac toe game to play on my computer. Not for online playing though.

This. It's free. You can choose different "rulesets" (board sizes and how many in a row to win) by selecting "New Match". There are 4 default rulesets pitting you against the AI in preset board size and winning row length.

If you pick "New Match" you can select whether to play against another person (hotseat) or against a selectable AI (stupid, normal, smart, or hardcore). You get to pick the board size, winning row length, and the colours for yourself, your opponent, and the grid.

All in all I'd say this is a pretty good free Tic Tac Toe game, runs well in win7 x64. Thanks mickey!

Hi Rose. You might find that Novel Games has what you want. Type tic tac toe in the search box (upper right corner) > enter. You'll find a small flash game as the first option. Free, play against the computer. You'll need the latest version of Adobe Flash. (Uncheck the free Google toolbar before downloading Adobe Flash if you don't want the toolbar.)

But the one mickey posted which I tried does default to you against the PC (to play vs another person go to select New Match). Doesn't it work for you?
