the concept is good
it would be cool if it were integrated in tablets etc so that the onscreen keyboard becomes this if you want.
being able to prop up the tablet and use like a mini lappy would be handy.

Or do like other forums . . . make the tutorials, shorter, less informative, and pretty much worthless.

On my Android devices with the SwiftKey keyboard app, I do pretty well. It is predictive, it learns from you the more you use it, so eventually many words only require you to hit a couple letters before the word pops up in the little spot where you can confirm the word.

I still do better on a proper keyboard, for the most part, but that makes the touchscreen typing experience a lot better than it used to be.
