I can do without the bringing it back thing.

The starling was still alive, I managed to take it off her and it flew away, most of her catches get away alive she has a very short attention span at the moment, she doesn't like to miss anything and while she turns to look at something else her catch usually escapes unharmed.

It's amusing to watch her and see the shrew or whatever she had scuttle away.

My inability to sleep is starting to affect me more than I have realized. I'm exhausted.

It's just past 6 AM, I gave up trying to sleep a few hours ago and have been sitting on couch, about 2% of my brain capacity earmarked to watch TV, another few percent for surfing the net and, apparently, the rest for having vivid discussion with some imaginary friends .

Angie just got up, earlier than usually, came to me asking who am I talking to? She told she had been standing a few minutes by the doorway to my study, laughing for herself and listening how I talked Finnish (which she recognizes although is unable to understand). Not only talking but she said I was quite clearly having a discussion, an argument.

I have no recollection of talking to myself or anybody else.

Kari, this is more then an annoyance, it's become a medical issue. I know you said you tried many things, do they have any sleep clinics near you? They mostly deal with insomnia and sleep apnea and such. A Guy

It is being treated, or at least they try. I should undergo a full neurological check-up but at the moment it's on ice until medics can first give me some sleep and get abnormal infection and other blood values to acceptable levels. Some irony there: to find out what's wrong in my system they have to first get it better.

It's OK, getting used to this. Have to stay positive, staying high due insomnia comes cheaper than doing it with whisky .

I do hope they manage to get you sorted out Kari, it's not nice being unable to sleep and to have other health issues making it that much harder, hang in there you'll make it.

Today started with a new sensation for me ...

Organised my breakfast medication - I have one inhaler that takes a capsule, [ you press a button and the inhaler breaks the capsule and you inhale the contents].

This morning I was also taking some antibiotics, the both capsules were similar, just a slight shade difference.

So I load the antibiotic into the capsule and inhale it - Explosive feeling in chest - as the antibiotic is actually for a chest infection, I may have invented a new delivery method, though I'm not sure I'd recommend it

Direct application of medication to the lungs is normal practice for respiratory disease, My application does not appear to have caused any problems yet, in fact it's probably been absorbed into the system better through the alveolar that it would have been through the stomach lining

Similar to using an IV to administer my Laphroaig. Of course, this method doesn't do much for the taste buds.

Joan, the Root Canal is an essential for the work I'm having done, an necessary evil so to speak. the Inhaler incident was the result of two little sleep and an, (even more than usual), Brain malfunction
