I have been suffering from severe eye twitching problem since last 2 weeks. So today I consulted a doc, an eye specialist about this. After checking the eye sight, etc. the doc said it is due to some allergy as well as nutrition deficiency. So I am now on medication for 3 weeks.

Life's still normal except the irritation caused by the twitching sometimes.

You get better soon Dinesh, it doesn't sound nice but I'm glad to hear the drops are having an effect.

the most frequent cause of eye allergy is pollution. Check the water source of the home. If it is doubtful about the purity, get a purifier cap for the taps.

Use sunglasses when you are out of home. It will protect the eyes from air pollution a bit, not fully. Wash eyes as frequently as possible.

And try to keep away of the computer screen till the problem mends.

If the problem continues or bounces back, better you visit Sankar Netralaya in Chennai. I was under their treatment for a few years. They are the best.
