Wife away with a couple of her friends, a well deserved wellness weekend for ladies. I use the opportunity to increase my post count here on SF.

First a couple of beers with mates in our local pubs terrace; it is a fabulous day here you would never believe it's almost winter. 17 degrees Celcius (about 62 Fahrenheit), sunny, no wind. Looks and feels more like spring.

the pro's go off at 130---both national xc champs, Lance, some magazine editors, some manufacturers, and a bunch of other notables will be racing.
