Too many BSODs

You can tell her all but one of these crashes were caused by her video driver. dxgkrnl.sys. You should have her completely un-install the current one, DL and install a fresh copy.

She should also run a system file check
(type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow)

You're friend should update her nvidia drivers.

Provide laptop model and we can point you in the right direction.

Wow thank you for the responses. Her laptop model is a Sony Vaio CW. I heard something about faulty Nvidia drivers, but this was from awhile back. Is this that same issue?

You're going to need to be a little more specific than Sony Vaio CW
