Too many OS's on boot

I had Win7 HP installed twice - Drive C & G - for emergency purposes. I installed Win7 Pro on D. Now when the DOS boot screen comes up it shows 4 OS's. BCDedit indicates I have OS's on C, D, G & I and it shows the Legacy OS on I. What is wrong and how to I fix it?

You can use BCDEdit to remove some of the entries, just be sure not to remove the entry with the boot files on it, it'll be listed as "System" in disk management; have a look at the tutorial at the link below.

That only shows 2 entries.

Probabaly the easiest way for you to tackle it is with msconfig.

Type msconfig in start search, clcik it when it pops up.

Click the boot tab.

Delete the entries you don't want ( it won't let you delete the default entry)

Found the problem was the "Lagacy OS Loader" and deleted it. This is a good example of one of Win7 problems.

I forget about this as I learned to use BCDEdit while I was booting W7 and XP, XP would never show up in msconfig in W7.
