hello everyone, how come i cant find a turoial on how to may my own signitures, i have searched the forum and i cant seem to find it, and what software tool would i need to make my own signitures.

GIMP but allot of people use PhotoShop, Corel, Illustrator etc, but you will have to pay for programs like these

Well put it this way pal the program is just the canvas ... it all depends on the artist behind the mouse ... you could use GIMP to create some great work, but don't expect the program to do it for you .... you have to input as much in as what you want out .... but in answer to your question
YES you could use
GIMP to create the signatures that you see on the forums.
As for tutorials there are squillions out there also try using the online help function will help you out big time ... but what i would advise (if you want to learn that is ) check out some of the customization posts
