Toolwiz care removes empty folders,etc?

I'm trying to find a free software that can scan,find and delete any empty/unwanted files folders,etc from Windows 7.I thought it might have been Toolwiz Care.I can't remember what it was.I know its one thats readily available from various sites like download and other well known freebie software sites.

Do not be surprised if Directories, Folders, or files return after you use your machine for a while because some programs will recreate them for their own use.

I think it was for deleting empty folders I was after.I thought Toolwiz care had an option in their software.

If a folder is empty why worry about deleting it? It is 0 bytes. A folder in w7 may appear to be empty yet have hidden System files it it. IF they are hidden it would also show 0 bytes.
Most of us use CCleaner to clean up temp files.
