Toshiba Black Screen With Blinking Cursor?

Ok so recently I got a black screen with a blinking cursor on the top left. The computer starts up normally with the toshiba logo but then it goes to this black screen with a blinking cursor. I tried almost everything. I tried doing system startup repair, /fixboot /fixmbr, The "0" key, F8 doesnt work and so forth. Im starting to lose hope. I cant even reinstall windows 7 onto the computer because after it restarts to finish the installation it just goes back to the black screen with the blinking cursor on the top left. The computer is a Toshiba Satellite A205 - S5825 windows 7 32 bit. This is probably in the wrong section so if it is please move it to the appropriate section if possible. Any help is appreciated.

Is there any way to reinstall windows 7? I tried it with the disk but when it restarts to finish up the installation it goes to the black screen with the cursor.

If you'd even read through the steps I linked you'd have seen that it ends up with tools to rescue your files as well as everything needed to Clean Reinstall.

Where did you get Win7 installer? Did you burn the disk yourself. Use the latest official ISO burned to DVD using the tool in Steps 1/2 of Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
