Toshiba laptop noOSinstalled error.

Well I'm stuck. My Toshiba laptop is throwing some codes at the startup repair. I've looked all over the net and I can't seem to find anyone with the same as mine.. I'll type it in.

so there it is.. I was updating some drivers from Toshiba website When it froze
When I restarted it. It gives two other codes at the black screen.

I tried to get it back to an earlier date but for some reason there was none. Safe modes won't work but I can get it to command prompt... and do have a thumb drive with Windows 7 on it... but it's windows 7 ultimate. I think mine is pro. ANY ideas? Thanks so much in advance
