total (physical+virtual) memory usage monitor for taskbar/systray

I'm looking for a utility that can show me my total memory usage on the taskbar or systray. It should show the % or a graph.

For example, I have 4 GB physical RAM and my Task Manager is showing:
Physical Memory: Total = 4006, Available = 1000
System Commit: 3684/8004

I found some memory monitors, but they show my memory usage as 75%, which is the physical memory, not the total, which would be 46% . I've tried:

I do not think that the page file (virtual memory) is utilized the same way as your RAM is (physical memory). I don't know why you're looking for a utility that gives you a combined statistic, but this utility says it displays CPU, RAM, and page file usage:

Years back when I first discovered the virtual memory setting whilst playing about in the Windows settings, I thought I'd stumbled upon some hidden jewel. I don't know how high I set it lol, but now, despita having read that some programs may actually require a page file, I always disable it.

Me too, disable it I mean. Many don't recommend doing that but I haven't had any problems yet. I do have plenty of RAM though.

Scratch that link - didn't see it was for XP. The screenshot looked like an Aero desktop, so I just assumed.

Why don't you use the Resource Monitor. You can pin it to the taskbar. It gives you a nice graph.
