Touch pad hesitates 2 seconds after typing

When I type something then use the touch pad to move the cursor it freezes for 2 seconds. If I use a mouse immediately after typing the cursor moves immediately. Why the touch pad hang up?

Welcome to Seven Forums toc36062. Have a look at this link, it's for Lenovo and Acer, but I see similar settings for other manufacturers. Basically the palm check setting. The path to find it should be similar.
