Hi all. I am trying to get some games running on my Dell Inspiron Duo. I have managed to get Warcraft 3 running very well.
The main problem I am encountering though, is that when I play, I keep thinking that it would be awesome with the touchscreen. I can do all the main functions that a mouse can, ie a left and a right click. Windows 7 is improving with multi-touch (right clicking is a pleasure as i tap a second finger on the screen like I'm clicking a right button). But there seems to be no built in method for a middle click, and more specifically and middle button click and drag.
Does anyone know of a method of emulating the middle click and drag by using different multi-touch gestures. Say dragging with 2 fingers across the screen would be a middle click and drag. This would be a really useful trick as it would allow me to pan the map in warcraft 3, as well as other RTS games, and have many more uses as its quite a standard tool. Thanks in advance if there is an answer!
Ps. I do have a post on this already in the forums, but it wasn't directed at gaming like this. If an admin doesnt like a second post on the same subject could they delete the previous post from the hardware and devices tread as it has had zero replies and 65 views.
