I have a question for one of our security guru's with regards to tracking cookies.

I use the internet a lot. I have a photography website and generally visit photography forums and tech forums such as this and GURU3D. I also visit main sites like Amazon and Ebay and use common sense when visiting sites new to me.

I run Zone Alarm Extreme security and use Malwarebytes Pro,ADWCleaner and SUPERAntiSpyware Pro daily but I still find myself clearing 100+ tracking cookies. :(

Are these cookies something I should worry about and am I ok to carry on removing them daily or, should I be looking at changing settings within my browser/security software? If I need to make changes could someone give me some suggestions please?

Thanks in advance.

Andy

Tracking cookies will be stored on your browser depending on the sites you visit.
For e.g.: Go to Apple and it will take you to the Apple USA website. When you choose your country, it will then take you to Apple UK website. Next time, when you visit apple.com, it will automatically take you to apple.co.uk website.
That's one of the job of a tracking cookie. So its OK to keep them as long as you know which website you visit.

Hope this helps, :)
