Solved Transfer Taskbar and Start Menu from One User to Another

I just created new standard user on my machine and would like to have the Start Menu and Task Bar for the new user look like the old user, Main, that is an administrator account. None of the items I had pinned to Main's Task Bar and Start show up on the new user. I copied the Main profile to the new one but still did get Main's stuff.

What did I do wrong or fail to do?

If you like, you could use the tutorials below to back up the Start Menu and taskbar from the Main account, then restore it on the new account to copy it.
